No class britney spears has done it again she is suing a us magizine after they said that her and hubby vidoed themselfs having sex.
The complaint added that Spears had warned the magazine to print a retraction and apology and sued only after it refused.
The singer of the 1999 hit song and video Baby One More Time demanded $US10 million in damages for libel, and $US10 million more for misusing her image as an entertainment star for profit without authorisation.

I can understand the 10 million for libel but 10 million for misusing her image now thats going overboard she is in the public eye so her image is fairgame.
