Human Rights Watchdog - Law Unacceptable
It seems that the on the run bill incompatible with international human rights and the nihrc could not accept it.some of the things that are unacceptable
preventing effective investigations of human rights abuses
* denying "the position and rights of victims in the process"
* impeding the right to fair trial, and
* undermining the independence of the criminal justice system.
now thats been said chuck it where it belongs and if these men want to return let them face trial and justice.
