Monday and Mr mum duties again .saoirse fell asleep early this morning about 5 mins ago she was tired all morning so ill wait till she wakes up then its over to the mall ive got a few things to do post my signed forms for freedom of imformation so my solicitor can get my details from the Dr hopefully IM actually going to get somewhere after hearing from the copper it sent me into the usual routine joy then wondering what will happen next then thinking IM going to be shafted again all I want is my chance in court to face the Dr who abused me and let whoever makes the decision make there mind up. I was told by the medical board that my case was nt going ahead because I could nt remember the colour of the dr's pubes sound basis that choice but I fought hard to get another hearing and when I got the chance I had to go before 3 members of the board one a Dr one a member of society and third a lawyer I stated my case and they decided that it should go ahead.then the Dr challenged it says he wont get a fair hearing I think the term was extreme prejudice.so now IM waiting on a sub committee who my lawyers (provided by the medical board) spoke my first lawyer said the committee did nt have the power to decide yet the told me if the Dr wins here its all over. But if I win he will take me to the supreme court now how is that fair if I can get this over I can get on with my life its the only thing holding me back in my life. I tried to find out how long but was told they have jobs to do my point is then why do they go on the board if they cant make time to make a decision it was April I went before the sub committee and was told it should only take a couple months. Ok time to make something to eat then off to mall .
