OFF WITH HIS THUMB
Las Vegas mayor oscar goodman suggests graffiti artists(vandals) who deface freeways should have their thumbs cut off on t.v. He said in the old days in france they beheaded people who commited heinous crimes even though it was more quicker that slow hanging that was usually reserved for the nobels. oscar says "i'm saying maybe you should put them punks on t.v and cut off a thumb" he also wants whipping and caning brought back for children who get into trouble "im dead serious some of these brats dont learn. you,ve got to teach them a lesson." his idea about cutting the thumb of is sick especially when the freeways crave up beutiful country. But the canning well i think we need discipline back as kids have that many rights these days they know they can do what they want and instead of punishing them people say they need love or some crap like that yes they need love but the way soicety's going they know that its every man for himself oopps and woman do nt want those women libbers having a fit .
